Ils fournissent de l&rsquo;ombre sous leurs feuilles, emp\u00eachant la croissance des algues et offrant un abri aux poissons. Pendant la journ\u00e9e, le n\u00e9nuphar est un plaisir \u00e0 observer, mais par temps maussade et pendant la nuit, les fleurs se referment. La profondeur \u00e0 laquelle vous devez placer la plante est indiqu\u00e9e en fonction des diff\u00e9rentes esp\u00e8ces. Cette profondeur varie de 40 \u00e0 120 cm sous le niveau de l&rsquo;eau. Il existe donc une esp\u00e8ce adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque type d&rsquo;\u00e9tang. Les n\u00e9nuphars sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plant\u00e9s dans des corbeilles d&rsquo;\u00e9tang et donc plac\u00e9s au fond de l&rsquo;\u00e9tang, du bassin, de l&rsquo;auge ou de la cuve.
