Often grown as a house plant, this Umbrella Grass from Africa is a clump-forming, tufted perennial with three-cornered stems of grass-like bright green grass, these forms umbrellas at the top of each stem. Tiny clusters of yellow flowers turning brown. It can also be grown as a patio-water-plant in the summer or inside the house plant all year round in full sun or partial shade. Very decorative.
