Processing personal data
Personality data is data that can directly or indirectly identify a natural person, such as, for example, your name, location data (IP address), e-mail address and telephone number.
Pondtrends processes only those personal data necessary for entering into and performing agreements in relation to the services provided by Pondtrends, including carrying out activities aimed at increasing its customer base. The basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of Pondtrends or in performance of an agreement. Furthermore, personal data are processed in order to comply with mandatory legal requirements.
Pondtrends obtains personal data from you, for example the data you provide to us through the website, email or telephone. In addition, we may obtain your personal data through third parties in connection with our services. The personal data we process includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, address information, gender, telephone number, e-mail address and other personal data provided to Pondtrends.
Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary. After the termination of the agreement or relationship, personal data will be kept for two years, unless longer retention is necessary to comply with a legal (tax) obligation.
Disclosure to third parties
In the course of providing its services, Pondtrends may provide personal data to third parties when necessary for Pondtrends’ services, such as ICT suppliers or the accountant. Finally, personal data may be provided to third parties when Pondtrends must comply with a legal obligation. Pondtrends will not sell your information to third parties.
Cookies (Google Analytics)
Pondtrends uses Google Analytics to track how you use our website. This allows us, for example, to improve our website and services. Google Analytics uses cookies to perform analysis and for technical support. We have entered into a processor agreement with Google and have made the choice not to share data with them for their own purposes. The processor agreement contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep track of. Data captured include your IP address (with the last 3 digits masked), number of pages visited, time and duration of visit, your location, origin of visit, type of hardware and software used, visitor interaction and your search history. The information obtained is transferred to Google and stored by Google on servers in the United States; a country that does not have similar privacy protections as the European Union. We do not use any other Google services in conjunction with the Google Analytics cookies.

Your rights
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can also request Pondtrends to transfer your personal data or object to the processing of your personal data due to special personal circumstances. You may send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, transfer or objection to ln.sgnireom@ofni. Pondtrends will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Security
Pondtrends takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. The Pondtrends website uses a reliable SSL Certificate to ensure that your personal information does not fall into the wrong hands.
